Retail digital solutions provider DMALL (02586.HK) announced the details of its IPO. It proposed to offer 25.774 million shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% and international offering accounting for 90%. The offer price was $30.21 per share, and the entry fee for a board lot of 100 shares would be $3,051.46.

The IPO will commence today (November 28) and close at noon next Tuesday (December 3), with the listing of shares expected for next Friday (December 6). The joint sponsors are UBS, CMB International, and CMSI.

The company has introduced DFI Retail Group's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, DFI Development Holdings, as a cornerstone investor, which subscribed US$39.06 million worth of the company's shares.

In addition, the company is expected to raise net proceeds of about $624 million from the listing.
