<Research>UBS: Data Shows More Capital Inflow Potential for AI-related Stocks; BABA Added, PDD Excluded Based on ST Quantitative Screening & Fundamental Analysis

UBS recently developed a system to track the capital rotation of AI-related stocks in almost real time in cooperation with its quantitative team, UBS released a research report saying. Although more capital is currently involved in investing in AI-related stocks, the proportion remains lower than the peak in June 2023, according to the data. Past data reflects that stocks with a reasonable crowding and an increasing trend usually outperform in the ensuing period, UBS added. The broker believed that there is still potential for capital inflows into AI-related stocks in the future, and that long-term investors have already added back their positions in China's stock market during the year.
