UBS released a research report expecting TENCENT (00700.HK)'s 1Q25 business to keep resilient, and forecasting revenue to grow 10% YoY and adjusted net profit to hike 22% YoY to RMB61.4 billion. Of which, domestic game revenue is estimated to rise 15% YoY, while international game revenue is projected to increase 18% YoY. Therefore, the broker raised its 2025/ 2026 EPS forecasts to RMB28.17/ RMB31.69 from the original estimates of RMB28.08/ RMB31.62, and kept its target price/ rating at $676/ Buy.
