FWD (01828.HK), the insurance company under Richard Li, closed its IPO subscription at noon yesterday (2nd). The public offering attracted 62,000 subscribers, involving an amount of HKD13.1 billion, equivalent to an oversubscription of 37 times, preliminary data showed.
