G Sachs Chops US Treasury Yield Forecast, Expects 10-Yr Yield to Hit 4.2% by Yr-End

Seeing that the Fed is more likely to cut interest rates earlier than previously anticipated, Goldman Sachs has lowered its US Treasury yield forecasts.

The year-end forecast for the 2-year Treasury yield has now been revised down from 3.85% to 3.45%, while the 10-year Treasury yield forecast has been cut from 4.5% to 4.2%.
