As the attacks launched by the US and Israel on Iran have complicated the situation in the Middle East, the Hong Kong Security Bureau has raised the outbound travel alert to red for Iran and Israel, urging Hong Kong residents to adjust their travel plans accordingly. CATHAY PAC AIR (00293.HK) also announced the temporary suspension of flights to and from Dubai and Riyadh. In its announcement, the airline stated that all of its flights to and from Dubai from February 28, 2026, up to and including March 5, 2026, and flights to and from Riyadh from February 28, 2026, up to and including March 3, 2026, have been cancelled.
